PROJECT: | CCTV control system and fire detection system |
Soroll Electrònic won a public tender to install a fire control system consisting of a Bosch analogue addressable analogue control unit with eight modules, capable of addressing 256 detectors for each loop. Optical and thermal detectors were installed to protect the hospital against the outbreak of fires.
We enhanced the project by implementing an integration system with the security control. The map of the hospital was designed and installed on a computer located in the security centre to identify the exact position of the detectors, push buttons and sirens installed around the hospital.
When a fire alarm goes off, the siren is triggered at the security control centre before on any wards in order to check whether it is real or not. The map with the exact location of the detector or button that triggered the alarm is displayed on the computer screen, while a text message with the location of the alarm is sent out to the previously programmed mobiles included the evacuation plan of the hospital.
Twelve high-resolution CCTV IP cameras were installed to control access to the hospital.
A Bosch IP Recorder with thirty channels uses motion detection to record what is happening at accesses of people and goods.
