PROYECTO: | Video surveillance cameras in BIC buildings (Cultural Interest Building) |
Soroll Electrònic, in collaboration with the company ETRA, has completed the supply, installation and commissioning of the project for the video surveillance cameras of the BIC buildings (Cultural Interest Buildings) of the city of Valencia.
The buildings where the cameras have been installed, which will be operating 24 hours per day, are:
The cameras are high-definition with intelligent dynamic noise reduction (iDNR), and allow day and night recording for 30 continuous days, after which the data is automatically overwritten. The images can be viewed both from the local police control center and from the protected buildings themselves.
For this project it has been necessary to replace and update the police software and increase its server capacity, an essential element to be able to connect the new cameras and increase the recording capacity.
The purpose is to monitor the buildings for possible acts of vandalism, since the new system makes it possible to identify the people involved in the incidents and also serves as a deterrent.
