DLL, a latest generation full-blown digital recorder/player is integrated into OPTIMAS’s software.
In addition to all the interactive activities that teachers can prepare during their classes, Optimas allows the creation of multimedia projects to promote learning skills based on listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Assesment module

A comprehensive set of questionnaires, statistical capabilities and control and monitoring parameters, which allows the teacher to design multitude of evaluation tasks to test the students and keep records of the students’ progress.
- It is managed from the Teacher’s Interface.
- Tasks can be organized by subjects, levels, lessons and kind of activities.
- Tasks can be grouped together in questionnaires and those can be sent to students when the teacher wishes so.
- The set of questionnaires can be created in a customized way or they can be created using random activities.
- Audio-visual files can be added to the tasks with the possibility to set up how many times students can listen to / watch them.
- The battery of tasks can be modified at any moment, attending to the different learning needs of students.
- A complete system of automatic assessment of the activities with reports of the students’ progress is available.

Multiple Recording Module
Essential tool for higher education language learning and those schools demanding the performance of oral examinations with many students at the same time.
It automates the simultaneous recording of all students and provides the teacher with the individual recordings of each one, of group discussions and of pairs conversations.
Thanks to this module, students can get the most out of lessons since it provides a high level of profitability by automating this kind of tasks.
Its most outstanding characteristics are:
- It allows the teacher to record the oral work of the whole class/group or of different activities simultaneously, for the completion of exams or other kind of massive assessment tests.
- It allows the teacher to record students individually, in pairs, in groups and other special configurations, like the digitalization of audio from external inputs, etc.
- It allows the teacher to do continuous assessment and create a portfolio. The registers can be recorded on time and be checked later.
- It works independently, while the teacher may be carrying out any task, the Multiple Recording Module is recording the registers independently.
